Maintenance Stage!

I haven't been here in a while, just wanted to stop by and give an update. I have made it to maintenance stage. I started my journey January 2013 with my preop diet, had surgery on March 14th, 2013. I"ve lost a total of 170 pounds! I recently celebrated my success with a professional photo shoot. New pics are in my profile. Feeling amazing!!!

Hello My name is Bonnie i had my surgery 06-24-2013 can u tell me what the maintenance stage is dont know what it is. Ive had alot of problems with my surgery. But ive lost 140 Lbs sence then which makes me feel good.
