Thank you!

* I try to stay around 700 calories/day, with 20g or less carbs, protein as close to 100g as possible.

* I try to always undereat my sleeve (though I don't always succeed.)

* I just started a C25K program hoping to up the exercise, as I think the rate of loss will start to slow down if I don't.

* I get on the scale every day - though some might disagree with that approach I think it keeps me focused.

* I also take my vitamins, go to my monthly support groups, talk to my NUT often, and log on to OH every day to keep my head in the game.  I try to take advantage of all the help available to me - if I could have done it on my own I wouldn't have needed the surgery in the first place.

I'm really trying my darndest to develop the habits that will keep my weight in check once I start trying to maintain.   I look at this as my new normal - in the past I would lose weight, and eventually "fall off the wagon" and it would find me again.   I know that I can't do that if I'm in this to maintain for the long haul.  It has to be a total paradigm shift for me.

Jen
