The "extra" from water
Other than keeping me hydrated and limiting hunger, I have realized the extra service drinking a ton does for me. Yest and today I have been wanting to eat things I shouldn't. I realized the missing link is water drinking. I have gotten the water in-but hadn't been drinking it throughout the day like I should (preop I have the ability to still guzzle). When I got back to sipping, I realized it keeps my head in the game. When I am constantly with my water bottle, it reminds me of what my goals are. I'm glad I figured this out because it shows me that all of the new good habits could start to fall one by one if I don't stick to them all. It is a slippery slope!

That's a great way of looking at it. I totally agree.

That's a great observation! I've found it to be true too. That constant fluid source does seems to keep hunger/eating in check.

Great point. I am behind on my water today and felt hungry this afternoon. For the first time in a few weeks, I had to have an afternoon snack (greek yogurt). Playing catch up with the water now.
My "extra" is extra steps running to the bathroom a few more times a day!
Ha! Good point on the bathroom brakes! I should block off the bathroom on the main floor so I have to run up the stairs every time!
