I cheated (by 12hours)

I couldn't take one more meal of full liquids! I was supposed to start purée in the morning, but I started tonight at dinner instead. I made homemade meat sauce, puréed it and put it on top of eggfaces's ricotta bake. I made them in my mini loaf pan. It yielded 12 minis. I chewed the heck out of every bote and my husband and son both finished an entire plate of pasta and a salad in the time it took me to eat one mine loaf! Anyway, it was pure heaven.

Eggface has great recipes, doesn't she? I've got mini loaf pans and mini cupcake pans on my shopping list - for her mini loafs and egg bites.
