Need 2 know basic

Good luck with your Surgery, my Doc said not to worry about the vitamins after surgery, I started taking Fusion chewable 10-days post Surgery after the post op appointment.  Just bought them from the Doc's office, all in one! My Doc did give me a vitamin B shot before I left the hospital. 

 

My surgeon really recommends bariatric vitamins. He does not recommend any particular brand just vits designed for a Bariatric patient. He said these are more readily absorbed by the tiny tummy. I order mine from Amazon.



Daily, I take two multi-vitamins, 1500 mg calcium citrate, and sublingual B12.



My surgeon had me wait two weeks before starting my vits. So you should have a little time to locate your vitamins. Good luck.
