Goal, Goal & GOAL!
It's an awesome day! I have been 1.5lb from goal of the last month and was at the point where I was going to just call it goal. I'm stubborn though and really wanted that healthy BMI so I just kept at it! Today I woke up below my goal, Yea ME! 14 months ago I was 288lbs with a BMI of 53, today I'm 136lbs with a healthy BMI of 24. In the last 14 months I have learned so much from my friends on OH, I've become obsessive about my health and body. Exercise and healthy eating are my #1 priorities!!! I wanted to say Thank You to you ALL, I couldn't have done this without you.
Congratulations on a job WELL DONE!! Just out of curiosity, may I ask how tall you are? I started just barely higher than you did, and I'm considering lowering my original "goal."

Your goal needs to be something you can maintain. I'd get to a healthy weight, try to maintain and if you don't find it difficult you can try to lose more. I know my body has certain weights it seems to be happy to maintain. Maybe you'll be lucky to find a weight your body likes and not have to struggle to maintain.
Congratulations Tammy! You've done an amazing job and you look beautiful.
