major turning point

Here's some things I noticed.  In the new pic, your hair is styled and highlighted.  You're wearing earrings.  Your smile is bigger.  Your eyes seem alive, like you're looking right at a glorious future.  In your before pic, your eyes are a little glazed over like you wished you weren't there.

Remarkable transformation Laurie.  You should be so freakin' proud of yourself!

Thanks for the observation! Truth be told, I used to hate hate hate to be in front of the camera. The other aspects you mention are thanks to the awesome team I have assembled- image consultant, hair stylist, etc. the most important piece, though is the mental progress I have made. I was scary to not recognize or identify myself. I know I would have self sabotaged when I got to that point. I am proudest of being able to see that I have managed a big shift mentally without seeing or feeling it. Perhaps this is my biggest NSV to date.
