55lbs in 56 days Ugh Why is it soooo slow?
I'm definitely working on losing weight pre-op, which is exciting :) I can't wait to kick it into high gear in 15 days. (OMG, almost 2 weeks away!!)

I think Jenn said it last week but it stuck with me, and it's so true...After the surgery it's not a starvation diet, so it gets a little easier. One thing that is very surprising that you hear the vets say over and over, is to eat your protein first, dense protein is VERY filling.
Ya it's good, at this rate when I hit my 1 year surgeversary I'll weigh -15lbs, maybe then I can start shopping at Abercrombie & Fitch
Yes thank you. I have more to lose than you, so don't worry if yours goes a little slower. You can do it, I think close to 100oz of water does just as much for my weight loss as anything else. I'm walking 1 mile a day, drinking water, and staying at 500 cals and it's been working. Best of luck
