Nah I'm just kidding I know I'm killing it! Here's a quick thought for people waiting to start the pre-op diet...why wait? I lost just as much pre-op as I have post-op.

Wow. You are doing great! I agree. Take advantage of the pre-op diet time. You can lose a lot of weight, and the WLS will help you keep it off. Its so much nicer going into the surgery with some success already. It helps thru the plateaus and slow times.
