NSV??? (sort of)

I had a dr appt today with my GP as it was 'time' for me next cortisone shot in my knee. The good news is I have not been having any knee pain and have been walking 6 days a week for the last month and perhaps that with that and the weightloss I may not need them anymore. (yay!) Anyhow he went on to say that my BMI today was 40 (down from 53) and so now I am just 'obese' instead of 'Morbidly Obese' so I guess that it a weird kinda victory :)

THAT IS SOOO WHAT I WANT! HAVE TO HAVE SHOTS IN BOTH KNEES-NEEDING KNEE REPLACEMENTS BUT CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE MY SLEEVE SO I CAN GET STARTED. IT IS TERRIBLE NOT TO BE ABLE TO WALK WITHOUT IT KILLING U AND I USE TO LOVE TO WALK! CONGRATS AND U ARE AN INSPIRATION!!!
