There is a better on at lapse.com which is a complete surgery which was done about a year ago.

Lap Band on 02/25/09

I have seen a few of these. This looks like it was done on a person that wasn't even over weight. They sure have a flat stomach and nice waist line.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
