10 Months and 3 Days

I just had to share!  I reached 100% EWL in 10 months and 3 days (this morning).  My ticker says that I've reached my goal already but I kept changing my goals (205, then 190, then 180).  But this morning I am in the "normal" range on the charts.  When I started this process, the doctor said that in 12 - 18 months I could possibly reach 176 (I'm 5'11") and I did it this morning.  I just had a pity party for myself (totally unrelated to weight loss) but getting on the scale and seeing 175.8 made me get refocused on what is truly important (health, not numbers) and more determined to protect what I've done.

This surgery has been a game changer for me.  I know I've said it a thousand times already.  But for anyone that is on the fence...go ahead and jump in.  It's a struggle, it's a lot of work, it's a lot of saying NO, but at the end of the day it is soooooooo worth it!  This board is an amazing resource, even if you are just reading and not posting.

Woot woot!  Have a great day OH!
