Help
I am almost 1 year out and I currently weigh 183. The scale isn't moving again. Not sure what else to do I am getting in all my proteins vitamins and water. Still have excellent restriction and I am working out 3-4 times a week and doing Zumba. What else can I do to make the scale move? ANY advisce will be great. I am seeing the plastic surgeon on April 11! Super excited!

Maybe try changing up your workouts (other than zumba). Sometimes if you get into a workout rut your body gets used to it and won't lose anymore weight. Also maybe keep a food journal if you aren't already and at the end of the week look back and see if you can make any tiny adjustments of healthier decisions. I know my worst habit is snacking on all of the tasty but bad stuff. Not sure if this will be helpful but it doesn't hurt to give it a shot! Keep up the good work!
My advice to everyone as they get close to goal is to get your body fat tested by a reliable method... DXA Scan, Hydrostatic weighing or Bod Pod. Once you know your current body fat you can set a realistic final goal weight... I found that the way I'm built I will never have a hope of being at the bottom of the BMI range for my height... I can barely squeeze in at the top of the BMI range, on a good day, at 12-14% body fat! That's a very good BF%, but the BMI is "high"...
Once you know the bodyfat it's a bit easier to decide what to do... The advice of switching up your exercise is very good - Zumba is primarily cardio, so add resistance... also consider switching your diet up a bit, using the same logic.
Keep in mind as we lose weight it gets harder and harder to lose more. You need to dial up the workouts or be extremely vigilant on the food or both go get the last pounds off...
Good luck!
Tom
