One month down, and a total of 59lbs too!
Wow, I'm still amazed. Today officially marks one full month since I was sleeved. I have lost a total of 59lbs, including pre-surgery. Since surgery, I've lost 29lbs. I feel awesome! I can finally look at myself and think HOLY SHIZZLE.. I'm losing weight. I AM LOSING WEIGHT! I am not starving, not deprived and LOSING IT! I've come a long way since the day after surgery, and I still have a long way to go. I'm so grateful for my surgery team and for everyone here. I'll be here for a while, since I still have a lot to lose, but I'm in it for the long haul and I can't wait to celebrate the next milestone with all of you! I need to lose 16 more lbs, and I'll be at the weight I was when I had my first child. :)
