Had my pre-op appointment at the hospital two days ago, went well and really enjoyed talking to the "bariatric" nurse and got lots of good info from her that I didn't have before. Been on a liquid diet since Monday and can't complain too much. I did get a slight headache yesterday from not having caffeine (now on decaf coffee) but one tylenol took care of that. Will be so glad to get the surgery done and be back home

I'm a surgery triplet! Mine is on Monday as well. Had my last pre-op class 2 days ago. The liquid diet is killing me--don't mind the protein shakes but I would kill for a piece of grilled chicken or a salad. I miss salad so much!

Thanks all. Going out tomorrow after work to spend the weekend on our sailboat so that should help to pass the time. Weather here in Atlanta should be nice. Just got a call from my surgeon's office that my surgery has been moved up from 3 p.m to 9:30 a.m. That makes me happy since I can't even have water after midnight on Sunday.
