I have been waking up with a headache almost every day since surgery 10 days ago.  It subsides as the day goes on but while I have it, I am miserable.  What do you all do for a headache?

That close to surgery, the only thing my surgeon would let me have was children's liquid tylenol.

Most often in life my headaches come from not getting enough liquids in or not pooping.  Are you drinking enough?  Especially before bed?

Tylenol. I was able to find a generic OTC liquid Tylenol at CVS.

I had horrific headaches for three days post op. Mine were related to caffeine withdrawal.

I'm wondering if you are clenching your teeth at night since you awake with the headaches? http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bruxism/basics /definition/con-20029395
