Cold food.

Ever since I have been able to eat small amounts of chicken and egg whites, which was Tuesday, my meals are getting cold.  I obviously have to eat slow, wait for gas bubbles to pass before I can take another bite, etc.  I don't want to repeatedly keep reheating because I'm afraid it will dry the chicken out.  Is this something I just have to buck up and deal with until I get better at eating?

get an electric candle warmer or cup warmer and sit your small plate on it while you are eating. Also warm the saucer in ho****er and dry it off before you put your hot food on. It.

Someone posted about this not that long ago and I found some cool looking options. Try searching amazon for warming plates or baby warning plates. They are basically double layer plates that you fill with warm/go****er and they keep your food warmer longer :)

This bugs me so much also...but obviously no enough because I have yet to go out and buy a plate warmer. My NUTs recommendation is also to buy a coffee cup warmer or plate warmer.

Ok. I'm a bit lazy and cheap. I warm my plate with ho****er and set it on a heating pad.
