this is the starting of week three out from surgery. I started my diet though three weeks before surgery. Today I weighed and am down 45.5 lbs. Really more, cause of what I gained and lost from the iv in the hospital. I had gained 12 lbs so that is gone too. So I feel pretty good about it all.
