Brand new culture here, it's like learning the abbreviations at a new job or when starting a new sport/hobby. So much easier to read posts w/o having to look up the definitions.

NSV milestone today - (mentally preparing?)

when reading "I got a date"...

I thought how exciting, s/he is back in the dating pool, feeling good about the new body, confidence soaring, maybe bringing the sexy back...

Today I read and thought "surgery date"

Looking forward to adding my date in the near future!

Lol. I felt the same way for a while! It took a little bit of time to catch on. Oh, NSV = Non-Scale Victory... I think... Lol. Those are the most fun to read about! What might seem like something minor to someone who has never struggled with their weight, can be monumental to some of us! Best of luck to you on your journey!
