Breakfast - crock pot salsa chicken - yum

Lunch - meatloaf and mixed veggies

Dinner - crockpot salsa chicken again - time to cook!

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - good

Late posting today....its been that kind of week.

B-2 breakfast quiche muffins...not sure what to call them, but they are yummy.

S-greek yogurt

L-baked boneless chicken thigh and 1/2 c cottage cheese

S-1/2 **** cream

D-kidney beans with onion and a sprinkle of cheese and boneless chicken thigh

S-egg muffin quiche...again

E-2.5 miles down

W-yep.
