It's my favorite day today, yeahuh!!!  Well, not really but here's to cheering for the middle of the week!!!

B: Dannon Light & Fit Caramel Macchiato Greek Yogurt

L: 1/2 Cobb Salad

S: HB egg

D: the other 1/2 of cobb salad

S: pickle, few olives, chicken leg

Water, Walking, Vits are on track

It's consultant Thursday :)  I get to check into my flight tonight - and go home tomorrow woo hoo!  Cobb salad sounds so good except it is like Winter here.

 

B - chike (tried Click - vanilla latte and spit it out)

S - dannon greek strawerry cheesecake w/ strawberries

L - panang chicken and veg stir fry (love thai food!)

S - string cheese & clementine

D - chicken divan

S - cottage cheese & blackberries

W - on track

E - full body lift and should try to get into the pool too

I Love thai!!! Do you make your own or go to a particular restaurant. Which dishes do you see as being most vsg friendly.

I try to make my own but have not been super successful.  I made some green curry chicken over the weekend which turned out well.  

 

Today I was having lunch with co-workers, so we just went to a place near by.  I got a spicy chicken stir fry w/ veggies.  Basically just meat / veggies & spices.  Yum!  (I'm surprised at how much I do not miss the rice, that w/ the sauce used to be my favorite part).

S:  Coffee; Almond Milk
L:  Taco Meat; Mexican Cauliflower "rice"
S:  Preworkout = Spinach Salad (spinach, tomatoes, egg)
S:  Postworkout = Protein "GoGurt" (almond milk; protein; yogurt)
D:  Chicken Masala over kelp noodles w/sauteed spinach

Water:  4/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Boxing Class

B:  1 scoop chike with 8 oz almond milk

S:  1/4 c pistachios, perky jerky

L:  Bourbon pepper turkey, 1 slice of pastrami

S:  I have to have more protein so I'll probably have a syntrax nectar at some point

D:  salmon, not sure how to cook it yet.  Grilled sounds good but I don't want to make an effort because...

E:  my first spin class.  I think I broke my ass, and my quadriceps.  Then did just a little arm/weight training.  Getting sick of the gym every day, to be honest.

Hey there, I make a lay salmon by just seasoning it, adding a bit of EVOO and putting it under the broiler in the oven. I don't have to heat up the whole oven or turn on the grill. If you line your pan/baking sheet with foil, you can just toss it...

Thanks!  It's now snowing here and I am feeling lazier than ever, so broiling sounds perfect :)
