Anatomy changes and the effects on laughing, coughing, and speed talking

Is it just me??!!!  I am 8 months post-op and I notice that I can't do a big, huge belly laugh anymore...I hold my stomach and laugh lighter and quieter...also, I had a head cold and I was coughing but my partner kept why I was coughing weak and I noticed as I went on a long, rushed rant I had to take more pauses to take breaths....

I haven't tried my opera singing yet (no, I'm not a real opera singer but I really think I could have been)...I'm trying that one next to see what happens...

Anybody heard about this, experienced this, or researched it?  Just curious.

This has not been my experience.  If anything, my lung capacity is greater because of all the cardio.  Interesting.

Wow...that is really interesting...I do cardio as well...nothing too crazy but I do get out of breath at a reasonable expectation and haven't noticed much in the way of that would be considered different.  Maybe I need to increase my cardio?  Thanks for making me think of that.  :)
