How do I get my "ticker" to show my weight loss?

I know, I'm not the most computer literate!

I update my weight under health tracker,  then the ticker usually updates itself later that day. .. if it feels like it. 

Thanks.  I've done that twice but it hasn't worked!  Maybe it will today.
