GOALS!

Today my weight is 194. I am 5 weeks post-op and have lost a total of 22.5lbs. My ultimate goal is to reach 135. I looked and felt good there. But, my first goal is to reach 150 before I take a nursing study abroad trip in August. So, I have 44lbs to lose- approx 12lbs a month  or  3lbs a week. That's  so doable! 

Suggestions welcome. Plenty of water, up the protein, limit carbs to less than 40/day... anything else? (Remember, a minimum of 30carbs a  day is necessary for maintaining healthy brain function, and some healthy fats too).

Exercise daily.
