Honestly this is the only one I've been to that is a forum. Any good sites or blogs I should bookmark for stories, recipes etc?

Thanks!!

I prefer OH - learnt so much here. The other forum I've read is http://www.bariatricpal.com/. So many resources here - search archives for recipes or other topics.

How do you search for archives?

I too think that OH is the best I have checked out. Another one that was great prior to surgery, or even after is YouTube. Search "VSG" and it has a lot of people who have done weekly updates through out their entire journey :)

tons of great recipes - lots of "ethnic" (I hate that word, we are all ethnic in one way or another) recipes -- Korean, Indian, Mexican -- plus ideas for high protein, low carb, low sugar desserts (including all natural options).
