I was in a 42DD when I started this journey. Went to Wal-Mart & bought a balconette style bra. Its a 38D. Just a tiny bit of spillage on the top, but I'm sure it will loosen up in a couple of weeks.  Making progress. Definitely going to need a boob job when this is all said & done.

I hear ya' on that one.  I think the necklift will be first on the list of surgeries....but then I'll need an upper body lift as well as a lower body lift.  Call in the hydraulics now because it's going to be a BIG job!

It is so crazy.  I always had BIG BOOBS.  Now there is nothing there.  It is so crazy.  I first thought I would get all the work done, but honestly my stomach isn't bothering me as much as my chest.

The benefit of smaller boobs is that I don't need crazy sports bras to strap the puppies down!

Ahh LOVE it, & you're making such great progress.  I blogged about my boobs shrinking & sagging not too long ago.  Thank Goodness for padded push-up bras! http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/csbsteph/blog/2014/04/19/W hy-are-boobs-the-first-things-to-go/

I hear ya' too.  I was a 44 or 46 DD, went down to a 38C prior to the double mastectomy.  Most of the C cup was just loose skin being squished in the bra too, but once tucked away I looked great in clothes.  Got my boob job the hard way, and the process will take a few more months to finish... but I sure am looking forward to filling a bra with just boob and not extra skin :)

Your doing awesome! I made the mistake of spending too much on a bra when the other one was no longer holding anything and just hanging from my shoulders lol.  I need another one already...going cheaper this time.  Probably once I'm done I'll be able to just get away with a tank top lol...they are disappearing fast.
