Congratulations! I am 7 weeks post-op, down 24.5lbs. My starting weight was 216.5. You have done well. What has your diet consited of? Are you still on fluids/ purees? I want my weight loss to speed up a little- I'd like to lose at least 3lbs a week. Any suggestions?

I started on stage 5 yesterday. I'm not doing anything special just following the plan and trying to get my protein in. I'm still taking in less then 400 calories as day. More like 250ish. I keep busy.
