I got sleeved back in November, a little over 5 months ago. I was losing weight very rapidly but this past month I only lost 1 little pound. i am definitely starting to get annoyed with this. I would like to be down an additional 40 lbs. but not sure what is going on. Everything is the same, what I eat and how I train have not changed at all. Any suggestions?

Maybe the "everything is the same" is what's doing it. After a while, your body becomes comfortable with a routine. Shaking it up a little bit can help-trying some different exercises and foods may be able to wake up your system a little bit.

What, exactly, are you eating?  Are you measuring/weighing everything you eat?  How much are you drinking?
