Detox needed update
I posted on Monday about my need to detox from carbs and sugar. I can happily say I was able to stick to my three day plan for detoxing. The cravings are gone and I have more energy! Thank you to everyone for your supportive comments! I really love this forum-it's like having a support group meeting "on call"!
Congratulations!

I'm glad it went well! Hopefully there wasn't too much wailing and gnashing of teeth ;)
I like that "on call" support group idea! I've never really thought about it quite like that, but this has been my only support group from the beginning!

Good luck Cathy. It really went much smoother than I anticipated. This great "tool" that we have really sets us up for success when there has been so much failure in the past. It's not always easy and obviously there are struggles but I've never felt more confident about achieving my goals!
best to you!
