Sugar free Fiber gummies

Has anyone used the sugar-free fiber gummies and, if so, did the work?

im three months out and need some type of fiber.

VSG on 12/19/13

I take two everyday. If I drink plenty of water, they do the job. If I am under on water, things get backed up.

I now take Miralax a few days a week in addition to the fiber Gummies and all's well.

Yes, both my wife (RNY) and I (VSG) use them daily and will forever. They work great.
