stomach pain last night!

So about 9:30 last night I took two tylenol. About a half-hour later stomach pain started and slowly intensified. I am not sure if the tylenol was stuck in the lower esophagus or I was having rebound acid from trying to go off of the prilosec. I have cut down to one over the counter pill day when the surgeons office told me two months is all they usually order. They never said to taper the dose, just that two months is all but if u need it we can see about a refill. Well I would prefer to go off of it but it would have been nice to know about gradually stopping it.I guess it also could have been a gallbladder attack. There was some pain under the right rib area and in the center of my back.can the gallbladder act up this soon after surgery?I have an appointment with the surgeon tomorrow.
