Hello there, my surgery is scheduled for 6/30/14. I've chosen to keep EXTREAMLY private about this with family and friends-( only telling about 5 people) so OH is really the only support I have. I'm EXTREAMLY thrilled to finally be doing this for myself- after years of focusing on everyone else. 

I just had my sleeve on May 27th. I also was very selective on who I gave details to. But as the date became closer, I just did not care what they thought of the idea. I was in it for the long haul. I have found the new motto is feed my body for fuel, not feed my soul. It has been a roller coaster of a week.
