For those struggling with protein smell/taste!

I ordered the Nectar Double Stuffed Cookie and it is AMAZING! No protein smell and taste.. Highly recommend.. I gag on most protein shakes.. Not this one :) So, so far Nectar, Premier Protein, and Slim Fast High Protein are my faves.. Hope this helps the weak stomached :)

Good to know!! i have to start my liquid pre-op diet in a few weeks and i'm not looking forward to that haha. I've never been fond of shakes or nothing like that..so i'm trying to find something that I can take! I bought isopure at gnc since i had read they are not bad and have 40g of protein!! I will def check these out! Thank you!

A trick I learned at support group is to put you protein drinks in a sipper type bottle so you can't smell it.  Makes it easier to get any protein drink you might have trouble with down.

I'm sitting here drinking a double stuffed cookie protein drink right now as I read your post lol! It is very good. My favorite thing to do is add it to a cup and a half of plain soy milk, and then add about 1/4cup of coffee and then add ice. It tastes really good like one of those fancy iced coffees from Starbucks! Yum!

I didn't like the Double Stuffed Cookie but, to me, the chocolate truffle and cappucino are great.  I have a Peanut Butter Cookie tub that I haven't tried yet. 

I drink all my shakes from a travel coffee cup.  No smell and it filters out a lump if I missed it.  Nothing makes me gag faster than a lump of protein powder. 

The only protein powder I've been able to stomach has been Syntrax Nectar.  I really wanted something gluten-free and naturally sweetened but I just cannot stand the taste of those brands.  So, Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Naval it is!
