Hang in there!  I'm 7 days post-op and the liquid diet of pre-op and post-op is about the worst.  My surgeon wanted me to walk asap after surgery and I took that to heart, now doing about 10,000 steps a day and my new stomach is  helping me make sure I actually do it.  Walking is (for me) the best way to eliminate the gas pain.   It's a courageous decision-- everybody on this board can relate.   Good luck tomorrow.

That drink was the worst part of the surgery for me.

I had to do the liquid preop for 14 days and 24 hours of a clear non red drink pre.  I didn't have to do a cleaning drink if that is what you are referring to.

Good luck tomorrow.
