3 week stall+PMS=blah
Don't mind me, I'm just here to complain. ...stalls suck! I'm 27 days out, down 16.8 since surgery but I haven't lost since 6/2! I KNOW it will pass and don't get me wrong I am very pkeased with my progress so far, but holy crap I'm so ready for the scale to start moving again! Plus, I have pms and I'm retaining water like nobody's business so I can't even rely on measurements to cheer me up. I was really hoping I'd be able to say at least 20lbs lost my first month but it looks like that will not be happening. Boo. I'm getting 60-80oz water and 60-70g protein and 400-600 calories daily so I know it has to just be this bogus 3 week stall you all speak of...just sucks a little :( Ok. Rant over. Thanks.
