We had a small backyard cookout today for father's day. Last night I cut up beef sirloin tips, boneless chicken breasts,  onion, mushrooms,  red pepper,  and cherry tomatoes. I let them marinate overnight in Ken's lite Italian salad dressing,  parsley,  pepper,  garlic,  onion powder and whatever else I could find.

Today I skewered it all and grilled it up. Oh it was so damn juicy and flavorful! Kebabs are my favorite!  I like it as is or on top of a little salad.

Eating it as I type!

yummy.  One of my favorite meals.  I like to add yellow squash and zuchini to mine.

Yay for kebobs. This must have been thought up for us sleevers. When I eat one of these I don't feel deprived with the other things at a bbq.
