I start my 14 day pre-op diet tomorrow!! WOO HOO! Here we go!

I thought I wouldn't survive without chewing food before I began the week of liquids. I was impressed that the protein shakes really filled me up & that I wasn't hungry at all! The first 2 days of clear liquids wasn't great but today was just fine. I have surgery at noon tomorrow (in 14 hours). You will do great!!

Highest wt 353 (Sept. 2013); surgery wt (June 17, 2014) 336; Current Wt 250.

Good luck today. I have mine today too. Super excited, can't sleep. Leaving for the hospital in a few hours!! I am from TX too.
