officially 50 pounds lost so far!!!

I had my sleeve done on 3/26 - I've had sequences of tedious plateaus, but slowly and surely I have finally reached a very nice short term goal - losing 50 pounds! Still more to lose - feeling great so far!!

Great job!!!! I JUST hit 50 and my surgery was 3/15....I had a few weeks of no loss.....very frustrating but the progress is now showing!

Yes - I am trying not to weigh myself everyday like I used to. Logging my meals on myfitnesspal has been really helpful in keeping myself accountable.

I weigh myself daily, but I use TrendWeight which lets me focus on the trend of my loss instead of on day to day fluctuations.  For me, it's an amazing thing and super rewarding.  I never cringe when I get on the scale anymore, even if my weight is up from the day before.  I can look and see that downward trend and feel amazing.  :D

I just hit 50 pounds gone also.  Surgery was March 24 -- and boy the hot summer sure is a lot easier to take now than last year.  50 more to go but who's counting!

Congratulations!  Slow and steady wins this - there's no race to see how fast you can get off the extra weight.  I figure it'll take me 2-3 years to reach goal and I'm 100% okay with that.  :D

Yay, so awesome!! I just hit the 50 lost yesterday too! It feels great!
