What do I have in common with a Giant Panda?

Today, the scale showed a total of 275 pounds lost.   275 FREAKING POUNDS!!!!!

Now, to put that in perspective...  The "average" weight of 1 Adult Giant Panda is 275 pounds.  So, I have now lost one Giant Panda.  OH YEAH!!!!

Have the past 8 months always been easy on this journey? HECK NO!  But my pre-VSG life wasn't easy either.

It is so worth my staying diligent, following my plan 100% of the time and earning the payoffs one blasted pound at a time.

I think my new VSG life is AMAZING!

Thanks.  I find if I can equate my weight loss to every day things or items, it helps me be able to "wrap my head around" how much that is.  I have a list that I have used all through my journey.  :)

Isn't amazing to think what your body used to carry around.  :)

I'm living proof a super heavy weight (former 447 lbs/84.5 BMI) can succeed with this surgery.  If...one is willing to do the work needed.  In my case, it is staying on plan 100% of the time.  :)

I have and continue to do the work needed and as a result am reaping the rewards of a healthier life.
