My exercise today consisted of a 11 mile run (Training for a marathon). So, what did you do today?

I rearranged the furniture in my partner's office!  Woo!  Looking forward to getting back to formal exercise on Monday.

My hubby and I took our dog to the dog park and walked the trails.  Beautiful day!

The dog says he did a lot of swimming and ball chasing.

Did two laps of my 12 mile loop, one at about mid day and another late in the day for 24 miles total on my 35 bike.

Training for Tapas in Barcelona in just over a week from now.....you know.... culinary research for Cafe Frisco, taking one or 7 for the team.

24 miles? that is awesome. Way to go Frisco, Enjoy yourself in Barcelona. That sounds like a lot of fun. you will have to share your food porn when you get back. Can't wait.

How many times have I walked the fridge today?? OKay just kidding thats not really exercise. I have physical therapy tonight so that will be plenty for me.

70 minutes on the elliptical (no use of arms yet though) and about to go for a long walk with the love of my life.  

Surgeon: Chengelis  Surgery on 12/19/2011  A little less carb eating compared to my weight loss phase loose sleever here!
