So Dissapointed!
Other than the weakness and tiredness thought I was sailing along pretty good-had lost 28 lbs since surgery-went to weigh this morning and I can,t believe this -actually gained a lb!!!! I have been journaling everything I put in my mouth and my water-walking as much as possible (can,t very far because of bad knees-though that is getting better) I try not to weigh but every 3 or 4 days!! Could I possibly be in a stall already???
It happens. Sometimes our weight fluctuates in the wrong direction. I use TrendWeight to help keep me sane in spite of those fluctuations.
If you're sticking to your plan, you will lose weight. It's not a race - you'll get there.

What they said. Follow your plan, and it will happen for you. This is all perfectly normal.
28 pounds in 16 days...dude, don't fret over a pound of fluctuation. It is water weight.
You'll hit some periods of not losing for a week or more and then one day you will be 5 pounds lighter. Our bodies are complex and sometimes cruel when it comes to weight loss - just stay the course and it will come off!

You're going to have fluctuations. It's going to happen. You're going to have days upon days where you don't lose anything. Use it to persevere and make you stronger. Everytime I wake up and weigh myself and the number is the same or *&&^%^%$ more, I just remind myself how much I lost the weeks before. Our bodies need time to adjust! Be good to yourself and just keep on keeping on.
