Nervous and excited!

I just finished up all the requirements and am looking to be scheduled for surgery sometime in September. I'm so excited but nervous as well!!!

I know that feeling. I myself am having my surgery on Monday!! So I am just now finishing the waiting stage and like your post's titled, I too am nervous and excited! Good luck to you, and congratulations on making the decision to have the surgery!

Prepare to experience a range of emotions from now until afterward. Emotional journey for sure. I'm 4 days post-op and still on the emotional roller coaster. No regrets so far!

I know just what you mean. I have a month to go and bloodwork and then I get my date. The surgeon said after the insurance approves me, I can have surgery the very next day.

Good luck!  I just had mine on Monday and have had a wonderful experience so far!  I do agree with what someone wrote below about preparing for the EMOTIONAL part----that has been the hardest thing for me so far!  Best of luck and keep me updated on your progress!
