Day 1 of the soft diet went well.  Protien shake for breakfas****er, ricotta bake for lunch, G2 Gatoraid throughout the day, SF icepop, poached fish for dinner.  I chewed my food 20 times and got in about 5 small bites of fish and was full.  Probably ate 1 oz of the fish.

I just felt like I had enough.  Its hard to explain, but its not a full feeling, its more like a filled feeling.

Ricotta bake sounds great. What's in it?  I had the same "how do you know" question, but I guess I'll know after I get my sleeve July 10th!

Hi Greensleeved,

I got the recipe from the world according to egg face.  She has a lot of interesting recipes and ideas on there.  Good luck with your sleeve.  I am 2 weeks out and love mine and I am feeling great!

I'm on the soft foods diet as well and I am having a hard time determining when to stop eating.  I never really feel hungry so I feel satisfied right from the beginning but I know I need to eat or I won't get enough protein.  So I try to eat at least half of my measured amount and then I feel pretty full (maybe too full) for quite awhile afterwards.  Not sure if I'm doing this right...
