Hi Kate,

It is hard to get all your water in and all the protein you need, but you will adjust. I am now 30 days post op and feeling great! The best advise I can give: get yourself walking! I walk everyday with my dog, Charlie. Not only does he love it, but I get 30 - 45 minutes of exercise, and that has contributed to my well being as well as to my weight loss. I have lost 30 lbs. in just one month.

Best of luck to you!

Congrats! With each day, everything will get easier. The 1st couple weeks are tough, but its temporary :) Main thing to focus on in the very beginning it staying hydrated. Have to sip as much as possible. Congrats again!
