Congratulations - and it will slowly get easier. Be gentle with yourself.

Hi Kate,
It is hard to get all your water in and all the protein you need, but you will adjust. I am now 30 days post op and feeling great! The best advise I can give: get yourself walking! I walk everyday with my dog, Charlie. Not only does he love it, but I get 30 - 45 minutes of exercise, and that has contributed to my well being as well as to my weight loss. I have lost 30 lbs. in just one month.
Best of luck to you!
Congrats! Sip, sip, sip :D And walk!
