First NSV!
I was sitting around this morning thinking: "I wonder if I could fit into my 'skinny' (size 16) jeans?" And you know what, I can! A WEEK later. I'm amazed at the restriction that this procedure offers from day one -- and the results that I'm seeing. I admit that I'm a little scared about the long-term results, but right now I'm just concentrating on those cute jeans. :)
That's wonderful. I think clothing is the best NSV. It makes it so real.
I worry about the long term, too. But I've come to realize that maintenance for me isn't going to be "letting go" of the program. It is going to be more of the same with a few more calories. Its a life-time commitment. But we can do it!
Congratulations on the cute jeans! I'm so happy for you.
