Bump on my chest
Last night I felt this strange knot on my chest just above my stomach. It took me a minute to realize it was my xiphod process at the bottom of the sternum. 
I have now lost enough weight to where I can feel it again.
Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.
Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

LOL.... It is amazing when you start to feel stuff. When I lay on my side I can feel my rib cage! Don't poke that xiphoid too much though.

That thing totally freaked me out once I could feel it! I swear to god as a thin teenager I NEVER felt that thing. Or maybe it was just long ago that I don't remember it :-)
