Overeaters Anonymous

I went to my first meeting. It was really great. Is anyone else doing this? We can support each other. 

I have been going occasionally for the past 6 months.  My schedule is so crazy.  With my new job it should be better.  I really need to commit to it.  The support is fantastic.  :)

I've been in OA for 8 years.  It's a powerful tool in my toolbelt to keep me on track.

This is something I've been considering.  Do you do the meetings in person or online or on the phone? I saw the website gives information on all three.

While there are meetings near me, none seem to work for my schedule so I was thinking of trying online or on the phone.

I attended an in-person meeting, but I think any format would be helpful.
