I love their real training videos - same sense of humor, real suffering...

I've been trying to build up that leg strength to help my butt/bike seat tenderness. As I added weight to my legs, I've realized how great your advice was (and how much more weight I carry that I used to when I was an active rider).
The butt pain will get better and better as leg strength increases. Took me 18 months of hard work, but now I can go 100 miles. If it doesn't get better then I'd start looking at spending money on a professional bike fit (mine cost $300 and worth every cent) and a different saddle (bike fitter will recommend).
I spent the winter doing a lot of strength work - lunges, squats and planks and it made a huge difference. Bike fitter moved my seat up and handlebars down this year due to increased core strength, so now I'm more "aero" and faster.
I also find that the harder I pedal, the less my butt hurts :)
