Pre-op diet-going to a Mexican restaurant! Urgent help!
Hey y'all!
Today is my brothers birthday and the family is going to a Mexican restaurant to supper. Ahhh!!! I am on day 5 of my pre-op diet. With surgery at least 9 days away (I'll find out surgery day on the 22nd). My pre-op is not as bad as some. I can have eggs and bread for breakfast, 3oz. of lean meat and 1-2 cups of veggies for lunch and supper. Also I have protein shakes in between each meal. I've only had breakfast, lunch and 1 shake. What do I do?!?
See if you can order some taco meat and garden salad. Then when you get home later on, have your last protein shake.
