I was just sleeved 2days ago 7/14/14! Very excited about the future. I'm getting as much protein drinks in as I can, along with jello and water. I'm suddenly having horrible salt cravings. I'm not sure what to do. It's obviously to soon for food. Help!

If you diet permits, maybe some soup/broth.

I lived on runny potato soup for about 2 weeks after surgery. It really helped with the salt cravings

I second the broth suggestions. That satisfied my desire for something more savory in the first week.
